DJ Wayne

I've been a DJ now for over 12 years, in and around Leicester. I started my own promotion called After Dark, which became extremely popular. From this I was then asked to play in various clubs and bars in Bournemouth, Leicester and Peterborough.

I later joined the Sony Street Team, promoting in and around Leicester, with nights such as; the Jennifer Lopez, album launch parties etc, playing with such people as Jade Jones and Andre Harriet of Damage, Mikee B and Spoony of the Dream Team, Chris Goldfinger, PMC, General Levy, DJ Swerve, Big Ted, and hosted the 411, Elizabeth Troy and many more big name artists.

2003 Started another night called CHIC, also played at other venues too. Recently played at various clubs and bars up and down the UK, with nights such as Twice as Nice.

For a few years now I have also played in Corfu at various Bars/clubs and Pool parties playing all styles of music. This has greatly enriched my ability to reach a wider array of people and I am now confident that I am able to entertain people from many musical backrounds and create a sense of unity when I play to such an audience.

To enhance my career further, I have worked on numerous RSLs with Vision FM Radio producing and hosting a prime-time day show, Monday to Fridays, with DJ Ginner, playing varied genres of music. I also produced and hosted an RnB show in the evenings. Vision FM 95.1.is went live twice a year.

In whole, I feel that my experiences in many different settings has made me very adaptable. What I do is a passion and the appreciation I receive reflects greatly on the atmosphere I am able to create in any given situation.
