Fiddle / Violin &/or Flute / Whistle to amazing backing tracks...
through fab quality Bose PA systems / Digital Mixer etc

I am a highly experienced multi-instrumentalist who, for various acts, performs on Fiddle (Violin), Flutes (simple system and Boehm system flutes), Whistle, Piano, Recorders ... and sometimes a wee bit of Backing Vocals or Guitar too! I moved over to GB from Ireland, where I was privileged to play in sessions alongside many of the very best in Irish music

Performances have included a wide variety of functions / venues including 5* Hotels; both in Britain and abroad. I featured along with my current Duo partner on BBC Radio, TV and in Play Magazine. I can be heard performing [Fiddle, Flute and lowest vocals] on Gaudete (16th century Christmas carol) with Fiona’s Legend. This recording is on the BBC national Christmas playlist, was 'Record of the Week' on 3 BBC Regional Radio Stations and was also featured on BBC TV. It is available on YouTube, along with other videos including myself and/or my Duo partner

I regularly perform for Weddings, Birthdays, Irish Events, Funerals / Wakes, Private Dinners, Garden Parties etc. The Fiddles used are electro-acoustic and an electric fiddle (usually for Rock / Contemporary). Both are 5 string instruments (additionally have the low C string of the Viola). I use a variety of pedals / effects - one of which enables me to sound more like a 'Cello or Double Bass! :)

My Duo partner is a professional internationally experienced singer who has sung all over the world e.g. the Royal Palace of Abu Dhabi, and was a lead singer Riverdance and Lord of The Dance. She was previously reviewed by Classic FM as an ‘exceptional young talent’ and has sung live on national TV & radio (BBC One, ITV, Fox TV in the USA, RTE in Ireland, BBC Scotland, Classic FM, Lyric FM Ireland, BBC Radio (2 and 4). She has performed for many top Corporate clients at 5* venues, including the Savoy Hotel, London and the Guinness Brewery, Dublin. We have limited availability at present but I can potentially be booked as a Duo too

Pro quality backing tracks are used for the performances - most of these, custom made or custom edited. These include standard versions in addition to beautiful, unusual versions of well known songs / melodies

Thank you so much! You made our party very memorable. You played exceptionally well, all our favourite Irish melodies. You were very flexible to our set up of the room and integrated well into our family and friends. I would thoroughly recommend you.
Clare MacN (private party for my mother's birthday) 10/10

I would like to say a massive Thank You for everything… It went so well and everyone has commented on how fantastic you were. You play so well and I was amazed. It was so calming to hear you play before I entered the room. Once again, thank you for everything.
S & J (Wedding) 10/10

(Wedding Venue Garden wedding) ...The weather was perfect and she played outside for three hours while guests walked around the gardens and sat eating canepes. Her music finished the setting off and we had such great comments from our guests about how amazing her music was. J was very helpful and professional before in the planning stages, as well as during the day. We would recommend her to compliment your special event with her talented music.
Mike and Katrina (Wedding) 10/10

All my guest loved the music played ... a wide variety of genres and styles. What a fantastic musician. J played at our wedding and we couldnt have been happier with the music. We had many compliments from our guests about how wonderful it was! Exactly what we wanted. J's attention to detail was amazing- exactly what you need on your wedding day. She worked hard to ensure that everything was just how we wanted and we werent dissapointed. Along with this she was highly proffessional, efficient with contact and made the booking process easy and stress free. I would recommend her to anyone. Thankyou! x

Dear J. From initial contact you were very professional and always answered any queries in a swift and factual manner. Your performance at a 5 Star hotel in Hertfordshire was really amazing and we look forward to you performing on another occasion. Many thanks John and Lisa and family xx
John and Lisa, (Communion family Celebration) 10/10

J played at our garden Wedding. It was a glorious Sunny day and a very personal friendly affair. J was perfect. The ambience she created with her music and romantic flair was a huge part of the ceremony. From the march down the aisle to music throughout the gathering… She helped enormously prior to the 'big day' and I would not hesitate to recommend her.Beautifully clothed and very attractive so complete is her ensemble. J, we salute you.
Susan and Ian 10/10

How many words can we use to describe you apart from being a fantastic fiddler with a comprehensive repertoire of music. You made the party very memorable not just for mum of 90 years but also for ages down to 3 years The elderly were foot tapping and the others dancing and singing along Great time had by all and would recommend you to anybody. Come back soon!
Chris and Steve 10/10
