He recorded a solo guitar album entitled "Beyond Yourself" in 2006 and an EP "Discoveries" in 2008 with his trio. He is the recipient of UK's Jazz Services Recording Support Scheme for 2012. In February 2013 Maciek recorded a new album "Insight" with drummer Asaf Sirkis and double bass player Yuri Goloubev at ARTESUONO studio in Italy with ECM's sound engineer Stefano Amerio.
