Formed over 10 years ago by 4 exceptional musicians the band are highly experienced and have played a wide range of functions performing at venues such as the EICC, Corn Exchange, Assembly Rooms and Caledonian and Sheraton hotels, they also play regularly at the Jam House and the Ghilli Dhu in Edinburgh.

Their ever expanding set includes rock and pop classics from the 60's to present day packed with guaranteed floor fillers and sing along favourites, whatever the song their attention to detail is outstanding with a varied repertoire to suit all ages and tastes.

The band is based in Edinburgh and have performed all over central Scotland, they use a high quality PA and lighting equipment as standard to guarantee an exceptional rock and pop sound.

Anthems take particular care over the organisation and smooth running of each event and are ha py to liaise with the venue to agree and organise an optimum schedule for the evening, this service is often particularly appreciated in the run up to weddings as it gives the bride or groom one less thing to worry about.

Anthems' standard performances are usually over a four hour period with breaks when they will provide you with disco and/or background music, they also provide ceilidh music if Scottish country dancing is required as part of the evenings entertainment.

The band take pride in their extensive set list and if there are any selections you would particularly like to hear they will be happy to oblige, also, for weddings if there is a particular song not on the list which you would like for the first dance the band will be delighted to learn it for you.
