Testimonials

Outstanding 7 piece band. Played for my wife's 60th. Danced all night till we dropped. Kevin is super organised and friendly. Musicians were top drawer. Hard to recommend more highly.

I just wanted to say thank you very much to you and the rest of the band for playing at my ‘do’ last night. We had a great night and I think you could tell that by the number of people on the dance floor throughout the evening. Lots of people commented on how great the band were and were impressed by not just the musical and vocal quality but by the band’s reading of the mood of the evening and involving those present. It all helped to make it a great and memorable evening. Please pass on my thanks to the rest of the band – and hope you had a safe journey home. Thank you too for your organisational skills which were much appreciated.

We booked Burn Baby Burn as the band for our wedding in May 2019. We had the 3-piece lounge set for the reception just after the ceremony, which created a lovely atmosphere to kick off the celebration. We then had the 6-piece band for the evening. So many people came up to me to say how great the band was and I have to agree. They had everyone dancing and played songs which many generations could enjoy. They also learnt the song for our first dance which was better than I could have imagined. My husband and I weren't very confident about the dance beforehand but it turned out to be one of the highlights of our day, which is a testament to the atmosphere that the band created. I will certainly be recommending Lost In Music to my family and friends in the future

-Portia & Tristan Maddick (5/5/19, Burford)

Burn Baby Burn are an awesome top end band. They were the fundamental ingredient of our party last night. The sets were super slick, there was dancing from the word go and everybody kept dance until the end, even though their bodies were saying stop. The engagement with the band's management was very professional and we appreciated the personalisation. No band, even a famous name, could have topped what they brought in atmosphere last night

-Russell Hipkin (15/6/19, St Albans)

They were the perfect opening band to the festival, great interaction with the audience. We had around 350 people and I've heard only good things from our visitors about the bands. They arrived well in advance, were professional and
very friendly. We appreciate we are an unusual audience but they were great! Would definitely recommend and definitely worth the money.

Amazing. Well done matey to you and all the team – I really appreciated working with you, on a gig which was very complicated. You dealt with everything with the utmost professionalism, but in a wonderfully friendly & helpful way.
Thanks so much
Alex Howie

Can I just thank you so much for the tremendous atmosphere, fun and above all music that the Band created for us yesterday

You were all amazing and you just made the evening so special for us

Jane loved everything, but particularly the ABBA set - just perfect for a lady whose favourite musical is Mamma Mia, I took her to see it on Tuesday evening again just to prepare her!

I am so sorry that the timings were so messed up and our best laid plans went out of the window - all from a mix up in the afternoon when the Wedding Breakfast guests arrived to the Reception an hour late - we just did not recover from that unfortunately which will be a small regret for me out of an amazing day

Thank you all again, so so pleased with what you all delivered

-Gary Feb 2017

We are still buzzing from our wedding last Friday. Everyone said how awesome the band were. People were on the dance floor from the very first song and throughout. The way the lead singer interacted with the crowd and got everyone involved – particularly for Carwash, Love Train and the Oops Up Side Your Head/Long Train Running mash-up was brilliant as it kept the energy pumping. I always knew they would go down a storm but they exceeded even my very high expectations.

-Lee and Mark Woodbridge, 24/7/15

"What can we say? We can't recommend Burn Baby Burn highly enough. People were telling us all night how brilliant you guys were. If you need a party band, look no further! These guys totally know what they are doing. Absolutely judge the mood and room perfectly got the crowd involved and had the dance floor full for 2 solid hours. None of this works if the band aren't up to it of course and these guys are so tight, slick and on the money. Great band, great vocals and a special mention to Kev for tailoring certain parts of the show to our needs, involving members of the family and learning our song for the night. Communication was easy and professionally dealt with throughout. Literally nothing but great things to say about this band, we absolutely loved our night. You were everything we hoped for and so much more. Can't thank you enough!"

"Just wanted to send a message of thanks to yourself and your band! You were truly amazing – we thoroughly enjoyed the act, as did all who attended and we would definitely like to have you all back again, in the future."

Jozef Horvath, General Manager, Mablethorpe Chalet Park (13/4/19)

"Just a quick note to Say that the Band tonight were absolutely Superb!!! One of the Best Bands I have seen in or heard in over 25 years. We must look at some dates for next year and look what else you can offer. Once again please pass on my Thanks to all concerned."

Steve Purchase (6/10/18, Oake Manor Golf Club)

"So impressed were we at a friends 50th birthday party in 2017 that we booked them on the spot for Grant's 60th birthday party. What a fabulous evening they gave us all. So many great comments back from those attending and they will definitely get repeat bookings. They sound far better in action than their videos reflect in our opinion. Outstanding band – thank you all for making our party truly memorable and filling the dance floor all night long!"

Liz Hartstone (8/12/18, Aylesbury Rugby Club)

"Good morning Kevin. Just a quick note to thank you again for an amazing night on Saturday night. As always the music was outstanding and as you probably saw and also heard from the demands for encores, my guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves dancing away to your band. We look forward to the next opportunity to book you again. We hope you all got home safely."

Best wishes, Sue & Olly (21/7/18, 60th birthday, Mickleton)
