"Cath Coombs is one of the finest jazz singers I have heard. Her combination of power, soul and subtlety would be enough on their own, but when you add her technique, stage show and personality to the equation you have a presence that would benefit any occasion; either for background music or full concert performance. I wouldn't hesitate to personally recommend her and the musicians she plays with to anyone - she even has a down to earth professional attitude which is alarmingly rare - making her really easy to work with too!"

- Mark Russell, 'Maha Music Services'

"If anyone can get people dancing it is the gorgeous Cath! A compellingly strong performer producing great music for different moods with an audaciously husky vocal. Cath has an innate and infectious feel for rhythm, her qualities call for attention and lots of dancing if the mood is right. She has performed at two parties for me and both times she was outstanding and made them memorable."

- George Eccles, Cambridge

"Cath Coombs was amazing. A lot of singers can bellow out the hard stuff but don't possess the subtlety or range to get things smoother, but Cath Coombs was consistently brilliant."

- John Adams, Norwich

"It was difficult to know where to go to find a band which would do justice to our summer garden party event which we had thought about for so long. Cath's band turned out to be the perfect choice as their performance and their professionalism was superb throughout. The musicians were all clearly highly accomplished and matched with Cath's quality vocals it provided us all with truly great entertainment. The jazz during the early evening session was the perfect accompaniment for when our guests were chatting and dining. During the later session the band upped the tempo and within moments the dance floor was packed, the energy was high and remained that way for the entire evening!"

- Julie Bowen, Suffolk

"A live band really brings a party to life, and Cath Coombs and her band certainly did that with great style. Cath was looking and sounding stunning, of course, and her band of young guys just the part. But best of all was the way their performance got everyone bopping and jiving away late in to the night, and some who hadn't danced like that for years. It's quite something to make the effort to have a big party and with old friends coming a long way you want it to be really special. Cath and her band played a major part in making it a night I shall always remember."

- William, Cambridge

"We were thrilled to have Cath play at our wedding. The music was brilliant and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. Cath was really helpful when we were choosing the set-list and offered advice and suggestions to tailor the set to what we wanted (a mixture of old and new songs). A thoroughly professional musician and singer with a great, friendly rapport with her audience. Highly recommended."

- Dawn Bainbridge, Cambs
