Classical Singer Anastasia
Anastasia is a classically trained soprano with much experience as a soloist. Providing you with the perfect ambience, Anastasia is available to perform during weddings, funerals, private and corporate events/functions, hotels, care homes etc. She has a distinguished repertoire ranging from classical to popular, including musical theatre, jazz & hymns. Accompanied by piano or backing tracks.
Anastasia began singing at the age of 10, when she started lessons with the opera singer and adjudicator, Barbara Kendall-Davies. During that time she entered various competitions and music festivals and at thirteen achieved first place at the Ruislip and Northwood Festival singing Schubert’s well known ‘Who Is Sylvia?’. Anastasia passed singing exams at the ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) and continued her education at Brunel University in West London where she studied music and drama, graduating with a BA Joint Honours.
Experience:
2015 to present – Events singer for private and corporate events.
2015 Eurovision International Contest 2015 – reached the finals for the Cypriot entry. Performed to a celebrity judging panel, which was broadcast on CYBC (RIK) TV, Cyprus.
2014 Achieved permanent busking spot surrounding Wembley stadium
2014 Performed by Wembley Stadium (on an event day – up to 90,000 visitors).
2014 Performer of The Year Show - hosted by double Olivier nominee Michael Xavier - Highgate Theatre
2014 Finalist - London Talent Contest - London Designer Outlet Centre.
2013 Supported West End Musical Theatre stars - charity concert - hosted by double Olivier nominee Michael Xavier - Covent Garden, London.
2011 Finalist - LGR Music Awards - Penridge Suite (simultaneously broadcast live on London Greek Radio).
2010 Short listed to represent Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest.

During Anastasia's career to date, performing at weddings, corporate events, christenings, functions and care homes, Anastasia’s voice has been described as both spiritual and passionate. Her voice has captured her audience in many ways such as 'indescribable', 'emotional', ‘touching’ and 'uplifting'. The reception of warmth she receives from her listeners gives her ultimate fulfilment and in turn, she aspires to instil peace and harmony in others, and most importantly fulfil their individual requirements and needs.
Anastasia is highly experienced having sung for 20 years and performed for 10 years. A highly professional performer/person at all times. Warm, friendly and reliable. Provides 100% loyalty and passion.
