Freak Out!

Freak Out! are a Northern-based band of incredible musicians led by a great looking, charismatic and highly energetic front man.

Freak Out! have been performing professionally for the past eight years and wowed the 25,000 strong crowd at Party In The Park and came in the top ten of E4s urban sounds competition with support slots for Gareth Gates, Louise and Busted. They have provided entertainment for the Bradford Bulls Triple Crown homecoming game and played in front of thousands of people for Pulse FM when they switched on the Xmas lights in Bradford, Halifax and Huddersfield.

The boys are all professional musicians and are well experienced at playing at weddings and functions keeping them busy all throughout the year with solid bookings. They are a goodtime party band and guarantee to get any audience off their seat with songs like Town Called Malice, Superstition, Billie Jean, Rock Your Body, Dont Stop Me Now, Hey Ya, Mr. Brightside and many, many more!

A popular band on the University Circuit they have been in demand for shows at numerous student balls. They have also played at the Young Farmers AGM in front of 5,000 young farmers.

They are a great act and come with a PA and lights and will travel.

The guys have even played a wedding party at the top of the Gherkin in London's financial district!!

Freak Out performed at my wedding on 7th April. They were very accommodating and their live sets were brill...if only they could have played for five hours straight! The band set up earlier than the norm with no problem, and they stayed until 1am. Running songs from their laptop in between their THREE 45 minute sets. I got great feedback from my guests with some even wanting their details there and then for future events. I went into booking Freak Out without having any recommendations and nor had I seen them before. James' (the main singer) voice is brilliant and the bands repertoire is varied - every set was different and they had people dancing whom I have never witnessed dance before. I would highly recommend them for any event, you won't be disappointed.

What can we say?! Freak Out! were absolutely incredible!!! We had them for our wedding and from the moment they arrived, the dance floor was full until the bitter end! We heard Freak Out at a friends wedding and knew that we had to have them at our wedding too. Once again they we're absolutely fantastic! We were blown away by Freak Out.
The band played at our wedding at West Tower in Aughton in November 2013, after we booked them based on a recommendation from a friend. Although the venue had quite strict rules on equipment, certification etc, James was extremely flexible and accommodating in ensuring that all requirements were met. He was very friendly and laid back in his correspondence and answered all of our questions straight away. On the night, the band showed up on time and set up their equipment in a fairly short space of time when the room was being turned around for the evening. James even took on the role of Master Of Ceremonies for the evening, announcing the cutting of the cake and our first dance. As for the music, what can I say - other than "wow". From the moment the band started playing the dance floor was packed - and my side of the family normally take some convincing to start dancing. Their sound was amazing, they are fantastic performers, and James is a real showman with a great voice. The band has a really good range within their repertoire, and seemed to have their finger right on the audience's pulse throughout and knew exactly what songs to play. A personal favourite memory was when they played a small section of "Oops Upside Your Head" and all the scouse relatives got straight down on the floor and started doing the dance moves - so the band obliged and played the whole song. I cannot recommend Freak Out highly enough. All night people kept say

We had this band at our wedding and they were amazing! A lively, funky band that kept everyone on the dance floor - we loved them :)

We hired the band for our wedding and as we don't live in the area we had to rely on the demo tracks on the website to choose the band.
The band were really great to get in touch with and made organising the evening very easy with good advice re set timing etc.
On the big day they were awesome and got everyone on the dance floor. I have never even seen my mum and dad even hold holds and somehow they got them on the dance floor! Some of our guests got their contact details for their weddings. Highly recommended.

Everybody had a fantastic night and we have absolutely no doubt it wouldn�t have been half the party without you guys playing. Everybody commented on how much they enjoyed your performances.
