Piper Bob

Bob has been playing the Bagpipes since the age of 15. He has been broadcast on Television and Radio both in this country and abroad; and has taken his music to all corners of the globe (North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, SE Asia, China and Australia) .

He has played at numerous Events including topping the bill with Sandie Shaw (in South America), with Lulu at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, with Rod Stewart in London and the NEC, and Sir Paul McCartney at the O2 Arena. One special event he will never forget, was to play alongside the Queen's Piper at a private dinner party at a Royal residence, meeting Her Majesty and talking about his teaching the pipes.

He has also played in several Pipe Bands including the R.A.M.C. Territorial Army, Blue Bonnets, British Caledonian Airways and the Surrey Pipe Band.

He is a very well-respected teacher of Piping both at the Gordons School and privately.
He has a large repertoire and has a number of tartans to choose from in both Day Dress, Evening Dress and Full Highland Dress Uniform and is happy to advise Clients on the most suitable combination for their event.
