Unplugged are a professional acoustic act with many years of experience on the wedding, corporate function and party circuit in Bristol, Bath, and across the Southwest. The duo are impressing audiences across the country with their unique take on rock and pop classics such as The Cure's 'Friday I'm In Love' or Norman Greenbaum's 'Spirit In The Sky'. Their quality acoustic set also takes in 80's pop-rock like Soft Cells 'Tainted Love' and Bon Jovi's 'You Give Love A Bad Name', as well recent indie hits like The Killer's 'Human', complemented by selections of a more laid-back vibe including faithful renditions of Beatles and Beach Boys standards.

Such a large and varied repertoire of popular songs, delivered with skilled guitar interplay and augmented by frontman Alfie's natural charisma and instinct to entertain, make the duo's twin acoustic guitar sound and vocal harmonies ideal live music for a wedding or birthday party, equally suited to a two hour party performance or an intimate after dinner session.

Alfie and Chris judged the day perfectly with low key music throughout the afternoon whilst people ate and then switched to something livelier later in the evening when people wanted to dance. I had lots of comments from guests about how good they were and a couple of guests have already hired them for their own parties later this year.

Extremely pleasant and approachable guys who integrated well into my group of guests. They played really well and arrived in plenty of time to set up so as not to disturb us. It was great to have a band who also set the volumes at the right level so it was atmospheric but we could still talk. Lastly there was no clock watching, so they played enthusiastically right up to the time the venue insisted we stop. A great act and a great couple of guys who I would most definitely recommend.

Unplugged played a live acoustic set and provided a DJ service at our wedding. They were extremely professional both in the lead up the day and on the day itself - despite having to work with us remotely in Dubai via email to organise things and then enduring some pretty horrendous weather during set up on the day.

Unplugged made the effort to find out what kind of music we liked and did a great job both playing a live set (their version of The Killers - Mr. Brightside, learned specially for our first dance, was fantastic) and providing an excellent mix of tunes later on in the DJ set.
